Everyone's needs are different so there is no fixed answer, but before your first session we will have been in contact, normally by email, to discuss what sort of help you seek. The first session can be thought of as a conversation following on from that, designed to help me understand more about your interests and challenges. We can also look at examples of work. Soon after the session I will send you a report that includes the advice shared as some options for further development.
This depends on your location and what you prefer. Sessions can be in person or online via Zoom, FaceTime or similar. The location for live meetings will be agreed at the time of booking. I do not charge for travel within a 10 mile radius of Reading RG1.
I will send you payment and booking information by email until my online booking system goes live. Payment options include PayPal and BACS transfer. I do not accept cash or cheques.

I will quote your for two options. You can choose to handling hosting and maintenance requests through me for a low annual charge. Alternatively I can include a handover session for you manage yourself.
